Southlake Training Center has the finest equipment in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. We have Hammer Strength, Icarian and High Tech for toning and shaping. Additionally, we have treadmills, bikes, stair-steppers, a Stepmill and Precor Cross Trainer for your aerobic needs.

Southlake Training Center's professional staff provides you with approximately 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Owner Mark Hanlon, current bodybuilding champion, and his wife Shannon, also a fitness champion, will personally design a program that will give you the maximum results in the minimum amount of time.

Each of our qualified personal trainers has been certified through the Cooper Clinic and ISSA.
