We begin with a shoot of Texas bodybuilder Daniel Sampeck in
an Austin, Texas park on a beautiful warm day. You'll see
Daniel posing outdoors with a variety of backdrops in the
scenic Texas city.
Daniel's friend Scott Trout also hits some poses in the same

The location shoots then shift to Las Vegas where we
captured footage of Chris Darby, one of the most talented
posers among today's physique models. This Houston area
competitor hits pose after creative pose in the landscaped
courtyard of a major Vegas hotel.

Vegas bodybuilder Pete Castella as we follow him training at
the Golds Gym that Jay Cutler calls home. You'll see Pete
training his full, massive biceps, his wide-tapered lats and
his chiseled, vascular abs.
Then it's over to Los Angeles to shoot a truly unique
physique. Lance Maxwell, one of the smallest competitive
bodybuilders in the game proves that great muscle quality
doesn't always come with the biggest bodies. You'll see
Lance after a Musclemania competition posing outdoors and
training in a hotel gym, focusing on his trademark peaked,
heart-shaped biceps.
